At Before You See It, we help our clients identify and address their most pressing communications and people challenges, which are key to building trust and enabling the cultures leaders and employees desire. We are interested in enabling our clients to achieve results by understanding the big picture and delving into the details that matter most. The range of activities, challenges and initiatives that drive culture is vast and there is no one-size-fits all approach. However, we will partner with clients to identify and address tangible deliverables that help solve complex problems. 

Our talent remains our greatest asset. To nourish and improve our passionate and diverse culture, we must continue to collaborate, empower and learn from each other. Tyra Metoyer will drive those efforts as VP, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. Tyra helped build our internal communications function during a restructuring and a once in a generation pandemic – no easy task. She expanded upon those efforts in her new role, developing and implementing engagement programs that keep us connected no matter where we work.
